Greg is founder and currently serves as managing partner of PGC. He brings a record of profitable and successful acquisitions of hundreds of oil and gas properties. Upon graduation from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Petroleum Land Management in 1978, he began his career with Sun Oil Company in Dallas.
In 1982, after learning the Natural Gas Policy (NGPA), he began consulting to oil and gas companies, industrial gas users and national banks in the marketing and regulation of oil and natural gas. From this work he gained valuable experience in the marketing, production, pipelining, processing and transportation of oil and gas in the majority of the producing basins in the USA.
In 1992 he founded PGC to acquire and manage operated and non-operated working interests and producing and non-producing mineral and overriding royalty interests.
Greg is a resident of Dallas, Texas and a member of many industry organizations, including the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association (TIPRO), Dallas Petroleum Club, and the Dallas Wildcat Committee.
Greg has over 44 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Ken oversees the financial and accounting departments at PGC. He works directly with clients and has implemented electronic reporting of working and royalty interests, severance taxes and production accounting. He has extensive knowledge of oil and gas taxation on both the state and federal levels. Ken came to PGC in 1997 after previously working for Delhi Gas Pipeline Company.
Ken is a 1993 graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Johnson has over 28 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
Stuart is engaged in evaluating opportunities for purchasing producing and non-producing oil & gas properties including working, non-op interest and mineral and royalty interests in all major USA basins.
His focus includes evaluation, title review, submittal of purchase offers, execution and recording of all transfer documents.
Stuart is 2013 graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) with a Minor in Fossil Energy.
Rob has worked on a consulting basis for PGC since 1995. He is currently the managing partner of Forson Engineering LLC based in Plano, Texas. He has performed economic evaluations on hundreds of oil and gas acquisition packages which included properties located across the US. He also oversees all operated properties for PGC.
Rob earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas Tech University in 1984 and is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.
Rob has over 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
